Building on the analysis and target state, we work with the responsible teams to develop a roadmap and, together with your organization, implement the initiatives that have the greatest and/or fastest impact on productivity and lead time.

While we take a strongly facilitative role in the roadmap phase, for individual initiatives we typically support implementation side by side as coaches—depending on need, with strong subject-matter expertise.
