Our background lies in the manufacturing industry — with operational responsibility in senior leadership roles. We have shaped strategy, planning, and operational steering. As a result, understanding and developing value streams continues to define our perspective today. We do not analyse from a distance. Instead, we take responsibility together with our clients for decisions and their implementation.
For us, transformation is not a methodological discipline, but a leadership and organisational challenge under real-world conditions. Our team consists of experienced professionals with industrial backgrounds. We come from product management, operations, digitalisation, and transformation — not from a purely consulting perspective.
